We have been in business for over 40 years under the same name, and are still growing. We have a rapidly growing pipeline of conventional and conforming loans and a small portfolio of VA. We are currently writing ~400-500 retail and ~350 wholesale loans. Over 70% of our business is conventional, however we also write USDA, VA, and FHA loans. Due to growth, we are actively hiring a Remote Underwriting Manager with a DE and experience managing a team of 10-15 Underwriters writing conventional, VA, USDA, and FHA loans. This team is based on the East Coast, so the ideal candidate can 1) work East Coast hours, and 2) knows how to communicate with East Coast mortgage professionals.
