Microsoft BIg Data Architect

o Proficient with Reporting Server and Business Intelligence Studio, implementing SSIS packages, stored procedures

o Utilizes Team Foundation Services for Source control of solution development and administration of content within the server environment

o Strong ability to analyze user requirements and build front-end BI reports and tool applications to specifications.

o Practical knowledge in ETL/ELT processes for use in system integrations leveraging SSDT and data manipulation for reporting, spreadsheets, graphs, and flow charts

o Proven experience in the operation and analysis of database software, and standards, as well as data retrieval methodologies.

o Extensive experience with data mining and Business Intelligence reporting

The functional Project/ Program Management expert partners with the Director of Product Management to aid the delivery of astonishing results across multiple capabilities. The individual is a leader with an understanding of the process and system complexities and challenges to facilitating and continually aligning the solutions of a large organization
The Project/Program Manager engages to provide solution level guidance and support to product management and other stakeholders, including identification and management of dependencies within and outside of the IT. The individual uses deep understanding of the key functional areas to devise the approach to achieve long-term and short-term solution-level goals, as well as to, on a more tactical level, coordinate and drive operational activities that cross multiple value streams to deliver the solution roadmap defined by Product Management
As a Project/Program Management expert with deep functional knowledge, the individual will be able to work with the Product Management and delivery organizations to provide an assessment of impacted systems and processes relating to initiatives, as well as other functional and technical considerations, and assist with roadmap the creative thinking to circumvent any identified or potential impediments. Minimum Requirements/Qualifications:

Experience managing local and remote team members (20+) on programs of at least twelve months duration
Experience in a regulated GMP environment with both waterfall and agile methodologies
Experience with project execution involving mergers and acquisitions highly desired
Experience with Microsoft Office Suite, MS Project, Visio. Knowledge of SAP, Oracle, Office365, highly desired

The ideal candidate will have demonstrated experience with AV systems and gained relevant certifications in Crestron Programming, and other programming languages such as AMX, C#, and C++.

This position involves creating code for advanced control and audiovisual systems. Crestron certifications are REQUIRED. AVIXA Certified Technology Specialist (CTS or CTS-I) and experience with manufacturer equipment such as Planar, NEC, Cinemassive, Jupiter, Extron, Cisco, and Biamp and Tesira preferred.
