We are seeking an enthusiastic and driven Independent Sales Representative (ISR) to drive company sales by persuading customers to purchase our products & services. The ISR’s responsibilities include managing customer relationships, identifying networking opportunities, answering customers’ questions, and finding new customers through cold calling, emailing, and social media advertising.
You should also be able to implement effective sales strategies to continually meet or exceed sales quotas.
To be successful as an ISR, you should be committed to achieving sales goals with minimal supervision. Ultimately, a top-performing ISR should always demonstrate effective communication and negotiation skills and achieve excellent customer service.
Reporting to our Chief Business Development Officer (CBDO), the ISR will be responsible for being the face of our company and selling our Products & Services in his/her respective State and/or Country. He/she will be responsible for a Portfolio of the following Products & Services and should have the training & background to represent the items:
Products and Services:
All Independent Sales Representatives (ISRs) will be able to sell our entire Suite of Products & Support Services to any Client within their assigned Region, but the Ideal Candidate must choose and have a background selling the following Product/Service Categories:
1.AEC/EPC Management & Support Services
2.Business Growth & Development Services
3.Education, Certifications & Licensing Services
4.Facilities Maintenance, Management & Operations Support Services
5.Human Resources Development & Special Staffing Support Services
6.Logistics, Express Shipping, Transportation & Warehousing Support Services
7.Risk Management Services
8.Shop LOGCAP · GLOBAL B2B, B2G & B2C Supply Chain Management
9.Technology Support Services
Daily, our CFO, COO & Chief Business Development Officer post an email update to all ISRs updating our Sales by ISR, Region, overall Sales, Bonuses & New Products, Services & Solutions.
Our ISRs are always in contact and work together to find Solutions to everyday Problems by our Clientele.

We are constantly adding new Products & Support Services to grow our Company and help our ISRs succeed. Our ISRs must be Problem Solvers for our Clientele by finding out what isn’t working for them and finding their Solution. Referrals: For each new Product or Service recommended by an ISR, we also have a Bonus Program & Split Bonus Programs for Joint Solutions by one or more ISRs.
Independent Sales Representative Responsibilities:
Identifying potential customers through networking and following leads.
Arranging meetings with potential and existing customers to present company products.
Persuading customers to purchase company products by highlighting product benefits and key features.
Building and maintaining solid working relationships with both new and existing customers.
Negotiating pricing with suppliers and vendors to encourage purchases.
Promptly submitting purchase orders to the relevant department for processing.
Following up with customers to inquire into whether purchased products meet their expectations.
Filling out the necessary paperwork and obtaining customers’ signatures to complete each sale.
Addressing customer concerns and resolving complaints.
High School Diploma/College Degree preferred.
Prior Government or Military experience preferred.
Certified Sales Professional (CSP) certification is advantageous.
Valid driver’s license.
Proven sales experience.
The ability to travel to customers.
The ability to work independently.
Strong negotiation and consultative sales skills.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Effective communication skills.
Exceptional customer service skills.

Our Commissions are the Best in the Industry. We want our ISRs to succeed, be happy in their position and want to represent our Brand daily. Each ISR is expected to earn over $200,000/annually – not including Bonuses.
