Business Development and Sales Director required to work for an elite tech startup company; with leaders who have relevant experience to guide the teams; employee-friendly to over 300 people. A remote position for a company based out of Sacramento. looking for a professional who has great business development experience selling Nvidia or Intel systems into the AI ecosystem.
· Build effective relationships with industry-specific partner channels and distributors to deliver rapid revenue growth.
· Build a robust opportunity pipeline and establish long-term business relationships with strategic relevance.
· Partner with geography sales teams to drive demand and create and grow opportunities and accounts.
· Drive Joint Business Planning and plan execution with the partners through an established cadence of business.
· Drive upsell and cross-sell opportunities through the portfolio of Distributors.
· Lead and motivate a virtual sales team.
I would love to see applications with one of the following skills;
· Bachelor’s degree with 10+ years of business development and sales experience in technology. Master’s degree or MBA is a plus.
· Intimate and hand-on experience of selling current Nvidia or Intel systems into the AI ecosystem.
· Strong executive presence including communication and presentation skills with a high degree of comfort to large and small audiences.
· Experience with pricing strategies, channel economics, and negotiation tactics.
· Experience with leading alliances and driving complex deal negotiations.

The salary package for this role is between $200k – $250k and you will receive benefits such as retirement plan, pension plan, health insurance, and life insurance
